Bluebells along the Shropshire Way on Wenlock Edge, Shropshire.
If you’re walking the Shropshire Way in springtime, this is the sight that greets you as you head along Wenlock Edge. I was on the hunt for bluebells last night and came across this bright patch of blue near Wilderhope. I walked as far as the gate in the distance where I stopped to admire the sweeping views of Brown Clee and the Corvedale. Then it was time to head back down the path and on to my next stop while listening to the competing songs of a skylark and a great reed warbler. Beautiful Shropshire.
