Silent wave of white in ethereal Corvedale
How I love a misty landscape, with its eerie white silence transporting you into a world of your own.

I was standing on the ramparts of Nordy Bank hill fort on Brown Clee for this shot, watching as an ethereal scene unfolded beneath me.
A tide of mist rolled slowly over Clee Liberty Common, spilling down into the Corvedale and then on towards Clee St Margaret.
It was hypnotic to watch as the landscape was revealed and then gently obscured beneath a veil of white - a truly magical experience.
