Wonderful views on a walk to Battlestones
How inviting is this - a winding path leading up to Caer Caradoc on a hike around the Stretton Hills.

I had to wait a good 40 minutes to catch the light I wanted, but time always flies when I’m out with my camera in the Shropshire countryside.
My day started at Cardington Village Hall, from where I set out along the lanes to Battlestones, on Willstone Hill.
There are great views to be had from the summit with a wonderful signpost along the way - well worth the effort of getting up there.
